The design combines two semi detached three storey historic 19C warehouses to create a family home while maintaining the integrity of the existing brick and timber structure. The design recycles much of the demolished building fabric into wall linings and joinery in a commitment to sustainability. Recontextualising elements of the building also maintains a link to the buildings heritage.
