This heritage-listed Victorian terrace was built in the boom-time style. The exterior had remained unaltered, but the building had been altered over time for use as a residence, a boarding house, and an art gallery/ residence.
Content Studio was briefed to convert the building into an IVF clinic. Our client wanted the atmosphere to be welcoming and supportive. We worked with Megan Hounslow to create an interior space that felt relaxed and positive, inspired by the warm neutrals of wellness retreats.
The project balanced the need to retain and respect the building’s heritage while accommodating the complex servicing needs of an IVF clinic with a highly calibrated laboratory. We worked closely with Heritage Victoria, Michael Taylor, and our services engineer to steer a path through a design and building process. We delivered a beautiful but functional solution for our client.
