The refurbishment of Victoria’s second busiest visitor centre booth made the interior comfortable and functional for the 4 staff by designing highly detailed joinery and a workflow to minimise movement. Lightboxes within sliding doors and facade feature maps made information accessible at night when the centre is closed. A faceted lightbox facade has created a virtual bill board for promoting major events and has become a lucrative revenue stream.
